AT&T Brand Expression + National Marketing Alignment
In order to create a strong, cohesive visual identity and brand, the advertising, marketing, retail and digital teams needed to partner closely together. As a result, key brand elements were identified to extend across all channels to present a holistic customer and brand alignment experience. As a key member and contributor to the Brand Expression and National Marketing Alignment project, I focused on the Services and Support digital customer experiences to identify areas for improvement, create visual and UX alignment and provide recommendations and solutions to incorporate the new styles and elements. Collaborated with designers and content writers to design and deliver final solutions.
Deliverables included: the redesign for key Services and Support pages: My Account Overview, My Wireless Lander, Support Overview and Internet Support Lander; provided recommendations and solutions to incorporate the new gradients ensuring they met accessibility requirements; contributed to the Digital Style Guide for usage and application, including examples of Services and Support design solutions that included annotations highlighting the new branded elements and styles and how to use them, general feedback on the Digital Style Guide evolution and final deliverable. Collectively and collaboratively, our team delivered compelling designs through a meaningful digital expression and translation of our AT&T Brand, which in turn is evolving our Consumer Design Brand and Standards.
